  • Door times are listed on the event page and ticketing platform. We recommend arriving early to avoid lines and ensure entry, especially for high-demand events.

  • Yes. Re-entry is allowed at all Nightfall Presents events. All guests must go through security screening each time they re-enter the venue.

  • Age requirements are clearly listed on the event page. A valid, physical government-issued ID is required for entry. No exceptions.

  • You must bring a physical government-issued ID. Photos, screenshots, or digital IDs are not accepted.

  • What can’t I bring to a show with me?

    For the safety of both concert patrons and our staff, the following items are not permitted:

    • Outside food, beverages, or alcohol

    • Blankets

    • Weapons or weaponized props of any kind

    • LED laser pointers/pens or flashlights

    • Air horns, whistles, cowbells, or other noise-making devices

    • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia

    • Mace or pepper spray, glow sticks, or glow items

    • Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, or sparklers

    • Skateboards, roller blades, roller shoes, or ice skates

    • Permanent markers, spray paint, stickers, or flyers

    • Laptops, tablets, or two-way radios

    • Selfie sticks, poles, or projectile-type devices

    • Professional cameras (detachable lenses), recording equipment, GoPro cameras, or drones

    • Coolers, chairs, umbrellas, strollers, or car seats

    • Posters, signs, banners, stickers, or CDs

    • Inflatables, frisbees, balls, or other throwing objects

    • Flow art props (including poi, toroflux, hula hoops, or staffs). Flow stars are permitted.

    • Items with spikes, studs, or chains (including jewelry or clothing)

    • Non-service animals

    • Unlabeled prescriptions

    • Oversized bags or backpacks of any kind

    • Glass containers of any kind

    • Sharp objects (knives, tools, scissors, etc.)

    • Masks or face coverings that conceal identity (unless medically required)

    • Totems or large poles

    • Anything that obstructs walkways or sightlines

  • Nightfall Presents has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, threats, discrimination, theft, drug distribution, or any behavior that endangers the safety, comfort, or experience of others. This includes unwanted physical contact, aggressive behavior, and failure to follow staff or security instructions.

    Anyone violating this policy will be immediately removed from the event without refund and may be permanently banned from future Nightfall Presents events. Law enforcement will be contacted when appropriate.

  • There is no formal dress code. Guests are expected to dress appropriately and use common sense. Genitals must be fully covered at all times. Breast exposure is permitted.

    Nightfall Presents and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to any guest whose attire is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of venue or local regulations.

  • No. Cameras, GoPros, and any professional photo or video equipment are not permitted without prior written approval from Nightfall Presents and a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

    Outside photographers are never allowed to operate at our events without authorization. Any camera brought to the venue without approval will not be allowed inside. If an individual is found taking professional photos or videos inside the venue without permission, they will be immediately removed from the event, and your SD card WILL be confiscated.

  • No. All sales are final for every event.

    If you attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for an event that was not canceled, this will be treated as theft of services and fraud. Any individual who initiates a chargeback will be permanently banned from all Nightfall Presents events, have all current and future tickets immediately voided with no refund, and may be subject to legal action where applicable.

  • If an event is rescheduled, all ticket holders will receive an email with the new date and a deadline to request a refund. If you do not request a refund by the deadline, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

    If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will be issued according to the official ticketing platform’s policy.

    Tickets purchased directly from a promoter or third party are non-refundable, including in the case of a cancellation or reschedule. If an event is rescheduled, these tickets will be honored for the new date, and you will receive a replacement ticket or updated entry instructions.

  • In rare cases, events may be moved to a different venue. If this happens, ticket holders will be notified. Venue changes do not qualify for refunds.

  • Item descriptionWhat if weather affects the event?

    Events may proceed rain or shine unless otherwise stated. Weather-related changes do not qualify for refunds unless the event is officially canceled.

  • Please speak with venue staff or security during the event. After the event, lost and found inquiries should be directed to the venue where the event took place. Nightfall Presents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • If you experience an issue during the event, please notify venue staff or on-site security immediately. For safety or urgent concerns, follow all instructions from event staff and security.

    We also offer an anonymous emergency and tip line, available throughout the event. You may call or text (614) 269-9631 at any time to report concerns discreetly.

  • If you are interested in being booked, please email contact@nightfallpresents.com with the following information:

    • Artist name

    • City and state of residence

    • Music links (SoundCloud, Spotify, or mixes)

    • Social media links

    • Any notable past performances or experience

    Please note the following before reaching out:

    • We primarily produce dubstep-focused events. If you are not a dubstep DJ or artist, please do not submit.

    • We do not book out-of-state local DJs.

    • Submissions without music links or basic information will not be considered.

    • Sending multiple follow-up emails or DMs will not increase your chances of being booked.

    • We do not accept booking requests during events or at the door.

    • Being booked once does not guarantee future bookings.

    • Due to high submission volume, not all inquiries will receive a response.
